  Excellent Service, the team was really helpful, I asked my numbers to be transferred from one phone to another and they did it instantly. I recommend you go to the level 2 store next to target. The Manager Tim was brilliant and the other Indian bloke Damon was really good, they gave me an awesome deal and a special discount on accessories.

  Had a bad experience downstairs, came to the upstairs shop next to target and the staff were 200% better. They were able to help me with everything I asked and the customer service was amazing. The staff (Anthony and Daman) are friendly. I suggest if you need to come to Vodafone Knox come upstairs.

  Dont bother going there unless you want to deal with a smartarse guy who is unhelpful. Disgusting service there today.

  Staff don't care. Unless you're an "easy sale" as I overheard they don't want to help. Was changing phones and they gave me one I didn't want, then told me that's all they have in stock. I said I'm happy to wait for another to be ordered in, and their response was that's it's already been done and on my account. Go elsewhere at any cost.
