  When in with a friend she was doing her thing. I was left in peace at the back of the store as I wanted to be. I approached the counter then was asked if I wanted something in a very quick time with a very nice smile. Being a guy in this store I was very pleased with the service.

  Took back a ring 2 days after purchase , a stone had fallen out, I was told to keep the ring till a replacement was ordered in. I was told they would ring me. I rang them as I hadnt heard anything and was greeted with attitude that was 2 weeks ago..still havent been contacted , meanwhile I took it to Narrewarren where they immediately replaced it with a smile. These stores are franchises so dont give this store your business, I have taken my business elsewhere

  Not enough employees, waited half an hour when there were only 4 other shoppers in store just to get earrings. In the end I just walked out. Happens every time I come here.

  Will never step foot in a pandora store again Knox staff rude and served everyone in store but me will buy my anniversary gift for my wife elswhere
