  The hospital is understaffed & does not have an adequate amount of theatres for their patients that are paying private health insurance to be there; this is unjust.

  Icu fantastic , heart surgeons amazing, nurses can't be faulted .. Food could be improved . In good hands here .

  A mixed bag review here. Private Hospital, damn expensive car parking. Not enough car parking either. They have excellent concierge that can walk you where you're going, be it specialists or patients. Receptionist is always busy, wish there was an easy system in hospitals to find patients. Depending on the ward, patient care depends on the staff. Some great, some not.

  My father dying of liver cancer admitted into this hospital... was found yesterday at around 8pm sitting on a bench outside the hospital!!!!!!! As part of his condition he struggles with mobility and is confused. If it wasn’t for a late night family visit he would have spent the night outside ... or worse ... WHERE THE HELL WERE THE NURSING STAFF ....?????? A private hospital... ? Your only as good as your staff which in this case shocking!!!!! What’s happening in this country???? Where is the care, compassion , monitoring of patients ? Or is it just like any other corporate - profit driven..? I will be taking this matter further as it’s absolutely DISGRACEFUL. We took dad back to his room and noticed his clothes and sheets filthy- up to us to change and wash him. Dinner on his side table still there untouched ... Knox private you are shocking facility, inexperienced nurses and Dr’s that have no consideration or bed side manner ! Steer clear!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!
