  Really poor service. Not approached by a staff member at all . I would of walked past. 10 . Not one greeted,smiled or ask if I needed help. The only girl that was attentive was at the "Mimco" stand. Then to find where to pay was ridiculous.. no Wonder they are loosing money and closing stores... Such a same as I love Myer and it's just so cheap looking now (well Knox is anyway)and not the presdige store it used to be.. please fix it...

  Service is always quite average here, staff don't actively try to help you and it's often difficult to find them. They are pretty much there to take your payment and deal with returns. They have missed a lot of sales simply because I went elsewhere when I couldn't find anyone to help me.

  From the time the Clearance section has been opened, I truly believe Myer has lost its customer base and its long kept prestige. It looks like a warehouse and not a departmental store anymore. Customer service has got so bad that they are not even bothered to get more staff as no one really comes to their store anymore. It's so hard to find staff on the floor and the ones you see either just walk past or ignore you at their best. No one to help in fitting rooms either and half of the registers have no one to serve. Really disappointing seeing how Myer Knox has changed so dramatically and doing their ultimate best to loose their customers!!
